Error While Cleaning

    Scanned a network drive with on demand scanner and found 7 infiltrations of the X97M/Laroux virus that were in some Exel files. Then performed a "clean" of the same network drive and received an "Error while cleaning" for all seven infiltrated files. Any ideas as to why NOD32 generates an error while trying to clean this virus from the infected files.

    Nevermind!!!

    I found out that the network drive rights did not give full access to the drive, read only. After changing to full access rights for the network drive, NOD32 cleaned all seven infected fills with no problem.

    Don't I feel smart, Duh!
