Well I went to make the jump to BoClean. I entered all my info...something I very rarely and I mean rarely do on the internet. What do I end up with. A notice that there has been an intenal error from PSC. Now I have to watch and see if the payment came off, or if there was a problem that let someone get my info. What exactly should I do now??

    Hi,

I have sent an email to Nancy, with link to this thread, about your question.

Support from PSC is absolutely great, so I am sure that your issue will be solved soon.

I sent an email last night....have yet to hear from them. I guess I could drive to their office, it's only a few hours...LOL

Anyways, just thought I would update you.

PS..who is the CSR that they refer to in the screenshot?

SOLVED : Nancy contacted me. It seems that my credit card has a transaction security feature that was stopping it from completing the purchase. she suggested that I contact my CC company. Since I am paranoid, but lazy, and I knew everything was ok from last night...I went ahead and used another credit card. Now I have BoClean.

Nancy was great. I could tell in her email to me, from the chain of replys, that she had contacted Digital River twice, just to get the problem solved. I have never had a company do that much for $30 for me. That is support.
