With a line up list like these posted, malware has an incredible ladder to climb if they can eek past any of them at all. :thumb:

With all these shieldings the members here at Wilder's employ you have to know that malware writers can't possibly devise an offense that could penetrate thru all these.

Does this sound acurate to you guys?

    Real-Time Protection:

    Prevx1
Online Armour beta 2 build 157
    Regdefend Free
    Wormguard
    NOD32 2.7

    On-Demand Scanners:

    SuperAntiSpyware 3.6 (?)
    A2 Anti-Malware free ver 2.1 (i believe)
AVG 7.5 Anti-Malware (formely the beloved Ewido ver 4)

    Virtualization Apps:

    Sandboxie ver 2.79.1 beta
Shadowuser Pro 2.5 (quite usless for anything other than malware testing) but does an excellent job isolating system resources

    Browsers:

    Oprah 9.10 (default sandboxie browser)

IE7 FULL hurt me mode (though 90% run in a sandbox)

    Imaging/Back-Up

Rolback RX 7.5 i would like to supplement this with something else, but after reading many post on Acronis & FD, i lack confidence in either. RX has bailed me out reliably on more than one occassion.

after months of testing ALOT of stuff, i feel pretty confident in this set-ups ability to keep me out of trouble in a lot of circumstances.

Off course an external harddisk for backup recovery of data (Syncback SE free) and images (Partition manager paid) and a disaster CD (Bart's PE with DriveImageXML free).

Setup below is for PC2 is just updated, PC1 is stable for nearly a year now. PC1 security aps take 30 MB of RAM, PC2 around 55MB of RAM. PC1 has no on-demand scanners, PC2 uses SuperAntiSpyware free as on-demand check up.

Not quite. Run of the mill malware that isn't specifically targeted for you, sure (but that is quite a low bar). But if someone is out to get you that's another matter...
