Management Console problem!!!

    Hi...

    I have Acronis true image management console 9.1 (Build 3,832) registered version installed...Since i have update to this last Build version, i'm unable to push any remote installation.

    When i select: Install Acronis Component to a remote computer, NEXT, Registered components, NEXT, Select Acronis True Image Agent Version 9.1.3832, NEXT, Select Acronis true image agent, NEXT, i entered the computer name, user name and password. Right there, if i click NEXT, ATI Management console CLOSE. I don't have any error message or error code.

    Somebody have any ideao_O

    Seems to be a common problem without any answer?

    I'm evaluating the trial version and have done that at another thread.

    I was just wondering, that no Acronis support personal is answering this question from leblond23 such a log time.
    This doesn't make a professional impression to me.

    You would normally raise a support request via the acronis website or via email, not via a forum thread.
