Norman and BoClean

    Been a lurker for a while and have opted for Norman and BOClean as my como along with a hardware router w firewall...how would you rate this combo?Seems to run swift and gaming is no problem..

    seems quite a decent secuirty setup
    what browser do you use?
    if you use IE6 upgrade to IE7 if you use IE7 you can tweak it to make it safer or switch to opera of firefox and just use IE7 for windows updates and certain sites that only work in IE.
    I recommend to everyone to use superantispyware free as an on demand scanner to run weekly link in my sig.
    remember the best secuirty is common sence=D so dont click random links in emails/messenger.
    dont open randam attachments and if unsure about an attachment ask the person to make sure they sent it.

    I use FF mostly IE7 for somethings...I have Norman Adaware for on demand and I use Spywareblaster for both browsers.....Win XP with all updates.

    Forgot to add..I have Adblock add on to FF and have Analog X script defender installed...they are unobbtrusive so I forget they are on my system:blink: .Thanks

    Most AV's with BOClean will give you good overall malware protection. Norman have improved their detection of late and have now reached the Advanced level rating over on av-comparatives.
    Then it's a good combination for your machine.

    Thanks for the replies....I'll try to post any positive or negative issues that might arise over the next few weeks....so far so good.
