    Hi Blackspear

As you can see it's no only my problem. It happened to gerrya and to Anth-Unit also.
The first time as I can read in one of my first post in this thread it happened when I started my pc.
The second time, the pc was on and uploading some thing with Azureus.
I haven't any problem with the cmos battery, any problem with the time, no lose or gain time, all are ok.
I use JV16 and CCLeaner, but if you read my first post, the first time it happened when I start my pc so no "registry cleaner" do nothing.

The update are setting to choose automatically and the server listed are:
    82.165.250.33
    u20.eset.com
    u21.eset.com
    u22.eset.com
    u23.eset.com
    u24.eset.com
    u25.eset.com
    u26.eset.com
    u27.eset.com
    u28.eset.com
    u29.eset.com

    Thank you

    Again.
The 19.53:05 to 19.53:43 have been manual updates.
The only advice I've recived was done by Windows Security Center red icon.

    That's not funny guys.

With the ongoing frequency you get this problem it would seem to be something with your machine or applications you are running?

I have never seen that issue:

~removed extremely long update log info showing version updates 1942 thru 2013 and added as a txt attachment....Bubba~

Read carefully my last post and perhaps you can tell me why doing manual update with version 1860 Nod says thah is up to date.
I have a paid version so I don't understand why happens this problem.

Ok Stan take an easy please.
There is a problem here and I wish to obtein a solution.
If you have never seen this problem before, it don't meen that this problem don't exist.

Edit: the problem today happened with the pc running, not starting it. It was running for about 72hs without interruption.

It would seem to me that maybe something is changing or removing some registry entries or files?

    I don't know.
I don't run any program that clean the registry today, just update Outpost to new version.
If someone in Eset can tell me what can do this, then I can try to find the origin of the problem but at this moment I don't know where to begin.
I don't know if it's a registry problem, a server update problem, or what is, just know that I haven't any problem with the time or the motherboard battery.

To Eset expert: May be Outpost update? I can't remember when I update to version 1005 but just a few days ago and today to 1007 version.

Long shot.........are you using a HOSTS file that might have an incorrect numeric address for one of the Eset update servers?

Considering you reported the first problem with this back in December 15th, 2006....I would assume it has nothing to do with Outpost 1005 if you have only been using it a few days.

Earlier you mentioned...."The 19.53:05 to 19.53:43 have been manual updates"....was the 27/01/2007 19:24:03 a manual update ot an hourly scheduled update ?

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hosts_file

To check just do a search on the hard drive for "HOSTS" files with no extension.

Make sure you have "view all hidden files" selected when searching for a HOSTS file with no extension.

If you find one open it to check.

    To Stan

Click on it to open. You can open it in notepad.

There is a sample hosts file which has, "This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows", that one is ok.

Hi guilijan. Can you recall when this first started ? By when I mean the date/period and recall what other software you had installed or you have recently installed/reinstalled ? In other words what changes have you done to the system when this happens .

I am trying to find the problem if it is on your machine... since we (the others) don't have it , it should be not the servers but a software or something else on your machine

Well if you read the full thread, you can see at least two people with same problem.
The only thing that I have installing and testing and uninstall and install again, was Outpost. first 3.xxx then 4.xxx, unistall and reinstall 3.xx and install again 4.xxx(the last version 1007) that is running at this moment with only one plug-ins, attack detection, the other plug-ins was removed by me. .
I use in this moment Outpost 4.0.1007 AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 both running with Nod.
Spyboot-Search & Destroy not active, at demand, one scan per week, and Spywareblaster off course.
Reeg seeker and CCLeaner sometimes to clean the registry but not connected with this problem.

Because I have had problems before use it.
For example at start pc (and no used clean registry programs the day before to start) or the last problem, after used the pc for two o three days, nothing new, no clean registry done.
