To be frank, I'm more than delighted to see Chinese sentence here. Yet if you don't mind, I'd like to point out one small misplacement of words in your sentence. We usually say “欢迎来” (means "welcome to" in English) some place. The word “在” indicates that someone is already "in" some place already. If you have chance, welcome to China! (如果有机会的话,欢迎您来中国!)
