    This is a screenshot ...
And it is probably from Windows Vista ...
And it shows a feauture in Win Vista which exists in Win XP , too , but in Vista it is improved . :D

This feautures (Error reporting in XP; Send Report / Don't Send ) tried to find the possible solution when an error occurs . It hasn't found anything in its database and that's why it advises you to contact ESET because it thinks it is because of NOD32 error

Since this is related to Windows Vista and I am not so familiar with it , I would recommend you contact Eset Tech Support here or mail support@eset.com with a link to this thread . Or wait for an answer from someone who knows more about Vista .

Very much doubt you'll get a reply over the weekend, but thought latest version of NOD was completely compatible with Vista

Yes , it is compatible and that's why ESET also support Vista and questions about it .

    Hi
I suppose compatible doesn't always mean "trouble free" I wonder if Microsoft are trying to engineer things so the only "truly compatible" security products for Vista are also Microsoft products!

    Hello,

Are you using any other security software on the computer besides NOD32 like a firewall or IDS, or utility software which interacts with the system at the file system level, such as disk mirroring software?

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky
