Extrange!

Hello,
I'm using NOD32 v2.0 for Win NT... in a Windows XP with multiple users on the same machine.
I'm the Administrator and the only. My systers are all limited account.
Every time that my syster use it own limited account, She not shut down the computer, and all the time, I look if the icon of NOD32 and others are loaded and for my bad surprise the icon of NOD32 control centre not appear
For it reason I click on Start and Eset and later I click over NOD32 Control Center and it start again, the extrange is that if the nodkrn.exe is not loaded, control center can't start and started without problems and messages, the other extrange thing is that when I click over control center, the control center not show the splash screen and if you close nodkui.exe but not nodkrn.exe, and re-open nodkui.exe the splash screen appear newly. The other extrange is that I look in the AMON tab and appear many files, it means that the NOD is still scanning the files.
What happend?
I never shut down bad the computer, my others services are ok and I restart win and I logged in the same account and NOD start again! , I did a scan on my computer with several av and nothing, I not have any extrange file, services, etc. I also use Ad-aware Professional, and Spybot search & destroy both updated and nothing founded.
The only thing that I make recently (past night) is disable the Plug and Play service (Unpnp) using the gibson tool, It's the problem with NOD32?
Other question: I install it copy of NOD recently because the other are damaged, for it I uninstall the damaged copy, restart windows and I downloaded the install setup again. It's enought?

I believe that I discover what's the problem:
In the NOD Scheduler/Planner, I've 2 updated task configured for the same Time every 1 hour and also the 2 task are for the same thing, update the bases and modules, lol, for it reason I delete one of these task.
It's the possible problem? never I've problem with it.
Can NOD update their bases using the planner on a limited account?

Tested on Win2k/XP

NOD32krn.exe run as service - and it made updates / AMON scaning before login etc... On WinXP multiuser login I have only one scanning service (nod32krn.exe)

Look at task manager (ctrl+shift+esc) - at running processes
