What is this in my NOD32 scan?

There are about 20 of them that are protected .I do not have Ad Aware on my comp anymore as I deleted it.If these files are still there,where would I find them?This site rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!So much knowledge me head would explode if I knew as much as most of you. Hand over the knowledge and no one gets hurt

 

Those would be old AAW files that were put in your System Restore at some point. You can clear out your system restore by following these directions from the faq: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=824161
