Just wonder why you think that NVIDIA Driver helper belongs to NOD32?

The ram usage is around the same, maybe a few mbs more but you gotta expect that i guess with the extra features. It still runs light which is awesome.

Well, the new beta eats about 2-3 MB RAm more than 2.5 but that's not sucha big problem. :) It seems to be faster on my system.. for on-demand scanner at least. ;)
I had a little hang while accesing an infected website, just before IMON prompted me, but maybe it's my system also, not NOD32.

    Hello!

Nod32 2.7 is slower at startup than 2.5.

Also I don,t like the splash screen, no way to turn it off?
It stays long there than any other splash screens.

My install went without a glitch. It "Upgraded" from my previous version with only a few simple steps. The only concern I have is that I downloaded the X64 version and it doesn't run as such. Both the UI and the Core run in 32 bit. Processing load during scan averages about 45 % (on my system mind you :) ).

The Anti-Stealth detected the rootkits, but I can only delete them with NOD32 in Safe Mode.

    Hacker Defender 1.0.0 revisited

Unfortunately I haven't the opportunity to test against a real threat, like that I had one week ago on a friend computer...

    Hey,

yes, that's indeed bad. That's exactly what I already complained some time ago, but they don't integrate/implement an setting/option, to set the time how long the splash screen should appearing.. :shifty:

I don't want to deactive/disable to splash screen completely, only a more short time, not that long.. :doubt:

    best regards,

    iNsuRRecTiON

It only stays until the Control Center is able to establish communication with the Kernal service.

    Cheers :)

That's true, you cannot speed up loading of the kernel service, especially if it is waiting for other system processes to start.
