Trueimage Server 8 Error E00070021

Trueimage Server 8 latest build. Everything worked fne for months,but suddenly i get above error.

When i manually start an image under windows i get above error, when i boot the server and after logon i do the image everything works fine. So something prevents acronis of getting access.

So i read about the following file:

1)Would it make sense to install that on my server or is it just for workstations?
2)I reinstalled trueimage Server but still no change. Wouldnt a reinstall of TI also reinstall all drivers and must actually solve the problem?


How will i find out what prevents me from getting an image?

after installing the SnapAPI_s_e.exe the problem still exists

 

enabling logging let the server crash with a blue screen
so i am not able to send the log file

Hi Acronis staff we spent a few thousands on licenses and u dont answer at all
