Renew my licence

Good evening here,
Sorry to disturb u for a simple question :
Where is a link to simply renew my Nod32 licence without buying
a new one (Is there ? I hope ! There was one last year but can't
find it anymore.)

on the purchase page the is a link on the left hand page saying renew license then it asks for your username and password to continue hope this helps

on eset's own page, it's in a block underneath the new license purchased. On our site it's in the purchase section and it's marked as "License Renewals"

It should be easy to spot - but you never said which site you're trying to find it on...

Nope, can't find a page to renew it.
The page on Nod32 USA does not work for me and Eset
sent me to french re-sellers who want to sell me a new licence
as I live in France.

 

well you should purchase locally so you can get local support. But could you elaborate on what didn't work on the renewal page on our site please - private msg me the information so I might find out if there is a problem with the page itself.

FYI None of the "BUY" links on ESET's page Work on my screen with Firefox OR IE6; If Just me, Disregard.
Just Renewed with a Vendor, which is NOW more preferable to me as this one also offers PayPal payment & manage the Expiration Date of the Renewal correctly VERSUS ESET (USA) Renewal Date being 1 year "from the day you renew on" rather than "1 Year From the Current Expiration Date". Fast and uneventful.

Why is it so complicated to renew this bloody licence ?
Why is'nt there a page dedicated to that ?
I'll try again on the USA site and post.
I do not want any french resellers site eventhough I live in France
as I do not need their support.

But I would suggest that you take a look of your local stores in France. The renewal pack on the shelves may sometimes be cheaper than purchasing from online stores because of promotion of boxed version in individual countries.

 

ok they said i had to buy from france as i was in france which i did with a link sent by eset so i'm waiting for an email with my new codes.
