Trying to Purchase NOD32

Greetings,

I live in Trinidad & Tobago - southernmost islands in the Caribbean.
I am trying to purchase NOD32.
When I click to buy on the online site nothing happens... this may be
because I am not in the US or Canada.
I contacted 'support', and was told to send an e-mail to
'sales@eset.com'. I sent two e-mails (to sales@eset.com),
but it is a week now, and I have not received any reply.

While I am waiting for 'sales@eset.com', my NOD32 trial version
is nagging me to death!

Any suggestions... please...

I also had trouble trying to purchase my license from the official site. So instead i purchased my license from a reseller on ebay.

 

That would have been exciting

Do you remember which eBayer it was, or a link to the (completed) auction still?

The 2 emails you sent to our sales department on Thursday and Friday were immediately forwarded to the relevant address.

I know that I a becoming quite a nuisance.

The entire site is in Spanish.
So I was not able to order the NOD32 subscription.
However, I still want to thank you all for trying to help.

(Trinidad & Tobago, as well as all islands in the Southern Caribbean,
are exclusively English speaking countries… and are not part of Latin America.
Latin America comprises the countries of South and Central America, except Belize and Guyana. Belize and Guyana are also English speaking.)
