Today I renewed my definition subscription for my NOD32 standard, single license installation. I inserted my new user name and password into my installed program; I did not download NOD32 as described in the e-mail as I did not want a new install to overwrite my existing configuration settings. I entered the new user name and password via the Control Center (Update; Setup). For some strange reason, the e-mailed instructions generated from my online renewal did not describe this alternative in lieu of downloading and reinstalling the program.

In any event, I then exited NOD32 and restarted NOD32.

My first question is: should there be license info in the window that results when I drill down, from the Control Center, by way of:

    NOD32 System Tools
    NOD32 System Setup
Setup button on the right side
    "License keys" tab

Nothing appears in my "License keys" window.

My second question is, is there a window which can be opened, when running NOD32, on which a line appears such as: "Subscription valid until (and then a date)". I looked in NOD32 System Tools; Information, thinking that would be the logical place to put the subscription expiration date, if not the "License keys" tab, but alas, nothing of that nature appears in my "Information" box.

I realize the e-mail I received upon my renewal online provides for when the End User License to use NOD32 on: "x" computer(s) expires; I'm not concerned with confusion about that date; there is none and obviously the end user should retain the e-mail for his records, as a ready reference. Rather, I'm just thinking outloud that if there is now no indication in the current version of NOD32 standard, itself, where the subscription expiration date info appears, then I would respectfully suggest the developers consider having the upcoming version of NOD32 standard provide for the display of this user friendly info, perhaps in the information section, i.e., within the NOD32 control center itself. Thanx. Nella

the "License keys" tab is for nod32 for exchange iirc. so dont worry if it doesnt show anything.

and as youve discovered, nod32 doesnt display your license expiration date.

    WSFuser,

Thanks for your response to my 2 questions; I'm clear now. Nella
