spyware blaster missing an ocx file

    I have tried microsoft's site and java cool's site and numerous other forums etc. and I'm still not able to get my hands on mscomctl.ocx. Can ANYONE point me in the direction of a file that I can actually download that will work on my ancient WIN95 4.00.950 B platform?

    Have you tried the instructions from this thread? I'll quote the auto-installer tool part here, though there is also a set of manual instructions in that thread which may work if this doesn't:

    Thanks for your help. These links were among the ones I couldn't get to work. Now they seem to be working fine and all is well in Seattle!
