so a full scan does find a few things. Stuff I'm ok with (like things in archived zip files that were since removed from the active system), but the only way to actually review the 'red' items is to 'carefully' scroll through a VERY long log file. Is there any easy way to just view the Red items?

Do you have list all files enabled when you perform a full scan? That will cause a very long file to be generated. Under the Setup option of the NOD32 scanner, uncheck the List All Files option. That should only list detection and any scanning errors.

Let us know if that helps.

    this is unchecked
NOD32 -> Local disks (or any of the options) -> setup System: List all files is unchecked
