Firefox redirector?

Does anyone know the about:config entry to turn this thing back on? I did the infamous PCflank browser security test and failed the privacy part and was instructed to turn the redirector off. Now, many many massage boards no worky Thanks

 

no, that's not it. It was just one of the commands in about:config

 

Ok, my bad! No that is not the entry; the entry I changed went from 2 to 0. It was to turn the redirector off entirely.

There is a extension available that can manipulate the browser referrer, sadly i forget the name.

If I am thinking of the same thing, there is also an extension called RefControl. I use it and it works well. Can be set on an site by site basis.
