Whats the Difference between Reg Defend and Process Guard

    Hey just curious on this one as I own process guard is their any significant difference between these 2 apps?

    You can't compare the two, they do different things. RegDefend could be compared to RegProtect from DCS, as they both work with the registry. Process Guard would be more appropriately compared to AppDefend.

    Hi Brother Esau,

    The short answer is that RegDefend is a rules-based registry firewall. RegDefend's rules describe what a given process can and cannot do to the registry (read values and keys, create and modify keys, set and delete values) once you have allowed it to execute via PG.
