Actually, I will need to test more what I said about Outpost too, because I have now given DCSUserProt.exe permission to modify memory processes.

Right now, if I minimize Outpost it doesn't prompt for secure message handling.

If I try to exit using the red cross, it does prompt.

My setup may have been wrong.

I will leave secure message handling switched on for a longer period now, for Outpost and report if I find anything strange.

    Best regards,
    Lee.

Hi to all members of wilderssecurity,

The DiamondCS Moderator put this as sticky post because they want us to know about the new release.

Bugs, Settings and others please avoid in here anymore.

Try to post a new post of your existing problems.

Keep this sticky post clean and only useable by the DiamondCS Moderators to give us information about the latest release which is the main purpose of this post.

I seek for your co-operation. It will be clearer and better view by the moderators.;)

If DiamondCS doesn't want posts in this thread then I think they would lock it?

    Hi guys,

I believe you both have equally valid points.

However, without a separate "offical" thread for bugs or settings for each new PG version, then where can these be easily accessed?

For example, if someone uses the search, it will be harder to find a specific problem IN EACH VERSION if there is a new thread, per problem.

Keeping the new release threads clean would rely on checking the PG forum at the time of new release for new bugs, to see new threads created around that time.

By the way, the secure message handling seems working fine under normal operation with Outpost.exe in this PG version, v3.410 .

    Best regards,
    Lee.

Why would the upgrade program not kill these processes/drivers?

Is Version 3.410 available from the Members Area? I downloaded ProcessGuard from there this morning and ended up with some version of 3.1. In installed this before I noticed and as a result have had to install ProcessGuard again from scratch. Really annoying.

Thanks for the reply. I think it is irresponsible to leave outdated software up in the Members Area. How long can it take to upload one file? Or post a message at the site? And how long has this new web site been going to launch soon?

    Grumble, grumble,
