How good VoptXP(defragger)?

    Everyone talks about O&O, Diskeeper and Perfectdisk but Jerry Pournelle (Byte columner) reccommends VoptXP. How good is this software? www.vopt.com

    USA still the best. But barely.
    Hardly any mention of VoptXP any more. Last I used it was around 4 yrs ago. But the talk was twofold. One voice said fastest defrag ever! The other said does nothing but does it fast. At the time (4 yrs ago) I voted the latter.

    Still using Vopt here :)

    does an OK job but not as thorough as some
    I use it as a quick defrag and it works well

    Running Win2k & Win98 on the spare box ;)

    Hi, folks: The newest version v.8x has been released, has anyone tryed it out yet. I am using perfect disk, just wonder that is it better than PKo_O?
