I can not install the new patch?

    When ever I try to run the patch I am told to "see my admin to change the installation users interface options of the package being installed to basic".

    Not sure what this means, I am logged in as the admin when running the patch.

    trueimage9.0.3677_s_en.exe

    Try uninstalling the older version and reinstalling the latest.
    Make sure you have your license keys handy.

    Good idea but I still get the error.

    I also had trouble updating. My update hung on the install. In the end I turned off my antivirus program. The update installed without a hitch. Maybe try turning off your virus program. ShuswapCanuck

    No thats did not work either. Its not really hanging, it is telling me to talk to an admin. I sent and Email support request but have yet to get a respone other then try to update to the newest update. Nice, I would if I could.

    You might have some other anti-spyware, anti-trojan, registry-protection, etc program running in the background.

    I have now also noticed that I can't Un-install Acronis Ver 9.0 home at all.

    Please also try to perform the manual Acronis True Image uninstallation the way it is described here. After that please install the latest build 3677 of Acronis True Image 9.0 Home once agian.
