eTrust woes

Running eTrust Version 7.2.0.0 Engine 12.4.1

Can't get e-mail scanner to enable. Just comes up and says e-mail protection off.

 

you might have to reinstall e-trust to get it to work.

 

When installing this anti-virus you must have an active internet connection, coz if you are offline the installation will become incomplete.

 

Reinstalled twice both while connected and disconnected.

Tried disable email scan/reboot/enable email scan/reboot

Nothing works.

I am using the "free for one year version" but as far as I know it should be the same as the paid version.
