I also can't connect here from Buenos Aires. Seams that a DNS server has problems.

That is more than likely what is going on, one of the internet trunk lines must be experiencing a bit of trouble at this time.

    Hi Everyone,

I can connect here from Australia - the data center is in texas and people have been posting happily to our forums all day.

Last week we moved back to the main server which was an IP address change - that should have long propagated throughout the dns infrastructure by now.

Automatic updates are fully functional; Licences, forums, downloads - we're fully back operational now after those glitches.

If anyone is still having problems, then please try and connect to the server by its IP address of 66.100.171.82.

you can make appropriate HOST file entries thus:

    66.100.171.82 tallemu.com
    66.100.171.82 www.tallemu.com
    66.100.171.82 fr.tallemu.com #for French users

    209.144.26.90 support.online-armor.com
    209.144.26.90 support.tallemu.com
    209.144.26.90 dl1.online-armor.com

To troubleshoot - you can try to ping these addresses and see what you can resolve.

As always - here to help....

    Mike

    :'(

I've contacted the data center to find out what the problem is. I'm sorry for this issue - even though it seems from here that all is well, which is why I haven't yet noticed it.

If anyone *can* access the site normally, please, let me know (over at TE forums, please rather than get into support over at Wilders)

    Cheers

The data center have asked that anyone who is having a problem, please give a tracert .

The quickest way of doing this is to go to the command prompt and type:

    tracert www.tallemu.com > c:\mytr.txt

After the command is completed, the file c:\mytr.txt will contain the traceroute. If this could be PM'd to me, I would much appreciate it.

    Cheers

    Ok, cleaned out now :)

Thanks Bubba - I assume that you can access no problems? How's about someone who is having a problem?

    Tracing route to www.tallemu.com [66.100.171.82]

over a maximum of 30 hops:

    1 * * * Request timed out.

Maybe the problem is service provider specific. I am running on Time Warner's RoadRunner based out of San Antonio, TX.

Well surely this hasn't gotten fixed yet and probably won't be fixed soon.
This feels like I got kicked out of a club and I am now banned for life.

Cheater, Cheater! Thats the forum link. Okay I won't tell anyone. Doesn't fix Online Armor not activating though since I can't connect to the actual www.tallemu.com. I still can't connect to the first IP Address Mike stated earlier 66.100.171.82.
