True Image Home 9 build 3677.
Same problem with the last 2 versions.
Disk cloning operation (which I use regularly for my backup), set up cloning disk 1 to disk 2, automatic, delete contents of disk 2.
Everything goes fine until selecting "reboot", then get the message "operation has been cancelled", but I DO get the reboot and the disk is consequently cloned successfully!
Windows XP SP2, Asus P5WD2-E, Seagate Sata II 300 drives operating under AHCI.
    What gives??
    Any ideas?

    Hello ibarnett,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please install the below update with disabled logging and see whether the problem persists.

    http://www.acronis.com/files/support/SnapAPI_s_e.exe

If the problem does persist, please enable logging by running the update once more, reproduce the program failure and send the c:\snapapi.log file to support@acronis.com along with the Acronis Report and a link to this thread (please see https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317 for the instructions on how to get the report). This will allow us to investigate the problem.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for the reply.
I installed the update and the result was the same.
I will post again after enabling logging and sending the log file.
