From Sygate to Jetico: lost QoS

I uninstalled Sygate Pro in my main pc after three years of honourable service (because of symantec and firewallleaktester failures,mainly) to replace it with Jetico. No problem uninstalling it,excepting for the mysterious lack in the Connections window -along with the usual Microsoft client,Files sharing and TCP/IP Protocol- of the QoS utilty.
I always deselected that,along with Netbios,LmtHosts etc,hence i never used it and after the Jetico install absolutely everything is fine,including the DLink router which i also reset and reinstalled.
Having uninstalled Sygate many times i can exclude its fault,as it's neither the router fault or Jetico's. Perhaps it could be a mishap from RegSeeker and or RegSupreme,which i both used after uninstalling Sygate.
Whatever, my question is- computers work even better now- have i anything to worry for the QoS disappearance or,as i think, i can just forget about it?

I may be incorrect, but I think that QOS is based mainly on IPv6,... which can be enabled within Jetico.
Could you possibly give more info on:-

there is really no problem as the situation is this:
i run two computers behind a D-Link router and i have Jetico firewall on both. Recently,i switched from Sygate Pro to Jetico in one of them and later noticed that in its LAN window the QoS utility entrance had vanished. (just in this very pc,not the other)
My idea is that either RegSeeker or RegSupreme did the trick,after such a long time of seeing an unused app. one of them must have taken action,and i blindly accepted-because they never made mistakes up to now.
Point is ..i had already deselected/unticked the QoS utility and the QoS RSVP Service since perhaps 4 years without any adverse effect, using at first my DSL by PPPoA and an USB connection,then in the last 3 years using PPPoE and Ethernet.

The QoS utility has always been depicted as pertaining to big networks, apparently to no use whatsoever for a 2 pcs network which,moreover,dont share anything.
And,what i surmise is that even if by keeping it working
"i am not going to see any performance drop"

i am not going to derive any benefit from it.....
this is what i think,unless somebody can explain otherwise....
