Greg, don't feel bad, it is common around here for people to jump the gun on things, and go on the offensive. In fact, it is common on most internet forums to have this happen. Which is why I seldom, if ever, visit any forums any longer. (and in fact took nearly a year off from even checking here)

The whole anonymity of the internet/forum thing seems to bring people out of the woodwork that are locked in their basements suffering aspergers syndrome.

Thank you for the offer ,but just the chance of trialing your software when its ready will suffice.

Well, its good that CSXtream has contacted AV-comparatives. Their tests should give us the "real deal" on this product.

Anyway, CSXtream's website and marketing methods are of little consequence to me. I shall form my opinion on how good the product and its technical support is. IBK should be able to tell more about this product. :)

But really, Magic Bullet should not just get tested by AV-Comparatives. There are other testing organizations too:

a)Virus Bulletin: http://www.virusbtn.com (almost every global AntiVirus vendor on the market gets their product tested by Virus Bulletin)

    b)Check-mark: http://www.check-mark.com

    c)ICSA Labs: http://www.icsalabs.com

The more certifications a product earns, the more reliable it is. Therefore, I strongly recommend CSXtream to get Magic Bullet tested by the above three organisations so we can know if the product is as good as it claims.

just a question of definition, what exactly is aspergers syndrome, as I have not heard this one?

It is a mental/developmental disorder. I also think that remark was pretty close to the line and a bit off-topic; so let's please not continue down that sort of route.

Firecat thank you for the links as we are exploring all possibilities for submittals as there is a ton to be simple and reputation of such is also not an easy decision. Sure our marketing strategies are not within the norm but we also built this company to be (out side of the box.) There is one very valuable fact of this company… Name one company that if a customer calls with a change request, that “one” persons request is sent to the CR/DR division and changes are often made just for 1 customer and often within 6-12 hours?

We thank you for your postings. No matter how fair nor critical they may be.

You don't need to submit your product for testing to every website that does such testing. The links I mentioned in the previous posts are the more important and reputed testing centres. :)

There was one....but the changes were not applied immediately. :)

As I said thanks for the links as we would like the reviews to come form a most important service of course.

I am told we will be placing a new Trial Version available for download no later than Monday the 19th. We had to make allot of changes as it was very restrictive and a true impression of all that M.B.A.V. is capable of was highly restricted.

This company has great values and does not deserve some of what is said but in the end I hope to give everyone here the answers they need. Thank you for your time.

MBAV/Greg: I would also suggest improving the Magic Bullet website a bit, so it looks less cluttered and more professional (I mean to say, the layout of the site should be clean), and it would also be nice to fix the grammatical errors on some pages. A clean and good-looking website is one of the first impressions to the average user to determine whether a product is good or not. :)

Gramatical errors are also quite common on malware sites, leading people to be suspicious or as Firecat said getting an impression of unprofessionalism about the company.

I came across this forum while I was investigating about "Greg Tournear" from CSXtream (the person who called himself M.B.A.V. on this forum and claims to be the designer of Magic Bullet software).
I recently posted a project on a website for computer programmers to help me out. He contacted me and I thought he had the knowledge to do the project. I agreed to pay him $1000 to do the project but he asked $500 in advance which I trusted him and paid him through PayPal. Once he got the money, he failed the first deadline to deliver the first part of the project. He told me that he was sick. Then after another week, he told me that their website was going through some big upgrade etc. and he asked me to be patient. Then he did not respond to my emails at all and disappeared. So I ended up with no project and $500 loss. After I filed a complaint with PayPal, Greg Tournear responded to PayPal's email and mentioned that he had a tracking record that the project was downloaded already by me (which is absolutely false).
I want to let any one know that Greg Tournear is a big liar. He does not have any employee, he works from his basement with a call centre transferring calls to his cell phone. And DO NOT pay him any thing for any software or work as he and his website they are all fraudulent.
I won't be surprised if he is already on FBI's black list.
I wish I had read your information on this forum earlier.
