lost validation code

I can not find my validation license for 3.5 and I am unable to un install it from the add remove programs. I lost a lot of programs from the list?? (but that is another problem/question) If I can find the license I would just upgrade over the top of 3.5. Any suggestions?

 

Because of your Code, send an E-Mail to the ewido Support. Surely they will send you your old License Code again. Use here the same E-Mail Adresse from the past.

 

If you will go to the ewido Sales support link below....there is a My account button in the Top right side that takes you to a page with a few options that might be a way to get your 3.5 code info.

Also....it is recommended to un-install the 3.5 version....so I would definetly suggest you consider dealing with that issue and not install over the top.

Thanks for the replies. I went into"c" and uninstalled from there. i then d/l 4.0- and installed, funny though , it never asked for another key/code? I did 2 scans and it seems faster.

 

During installation it shouldn't.

With the GUI open....what does the Status tab\Your license section to the right say....Trial version

Now that I un installed 3.5, how would I get a validation code ?

 

Once you have found your 3.5 license or attempt to get your 3.5 license as mentioned in an above post....you will follow the below suggestion by vinzenz.

 

I emailed them as I can not access my account. I was using the free 3.5 version, maybe this is why?

 

If you never paid for ewido....I would assume then that you never had a 3.5 license code since you do not need or get a license code for a trial version
