    A & B go across = 10 mins.
    B go`s back with flashlight. = 5 mins.
    B & C go across = 5 mins.
    C go`s back with flashlight = 2 mins.
    C & D go across = 2 mins.

    10+5+5+2+2=24 :D

Then again, if D cross`s with C it may knock it down to 23.....I think.

do we have to explain the answer? if so, here it goes:

    C and D cross. 2 min
    D goes back. 1 min
    A and B cross. 10 min
    C goes back. 2 min
    C and D cross. 2 min

    2+1+10+2+2=17

Noticed that if you put the first letter last it spells the same word backwards?

That is if "evive" should have been "Revive".

no not as simple as that

My observation is that if we remove the first letter from each word [ except 'evive', which should be 'Revive' because there is no word like 'evive'] then each word would have the same spelling either ascending or descending.

    Puzzle: A family photo contained:

    6 children,4 grandchildren,
    2 brothers, 2 sisters,
    3 sons, 3 daughters,
    1 father-in-law, 1 mother-in-law, 1 daughter-in-law

Huh... 29 people you may think, but no.. that is not true.

    SWIMS

In back to front it will spell: SMIWS

but in upside-down it will spell the same: SWIMS [when u make it upside-down, letter 'W' will become 'M' and 'M' will become 'W']

    got it?
