I am using the free version of PG 3.150 on a Windows 2000 box and own a USB card reader for which I need a driver to use it. This driver uses an .exe file which is run from \windows\temp and changes its file name every time I boot my computer. For example, the current file name is {461ADABA-A9D1-4068-A010-062CD64D2650}14b69c0d-56a8-41df-8b15-3d414664bfd5.exe. So every time I boot my computer, PG asks whether I want to allow execution of this program.

Is there any way I can "teach" PG to permanently allow execution of this driver despite the file name change?

    Thanks.

Nope, don't think so. Are you sure you need a driver? My card reader came with a driver disk, I never installed any driver for it though. Works perfectly fine, just hooked up to USB port and anytime I put in a card it makes a drive for it.
