I've decided to return to Dr Web and I have a few questions.

    1. Can the splashscreen be turned off?
    2. Are the automatic updates dones without any interaction?
3 . Is there a way to have Webby save a copy of an infected file in quarantine along with other actions (clean, delete, etc.)?
    4. How do I deal with quarantined files; through a gui or manually?

    Thanks

    1. Add next line in C:\Program Files\drweb\drweb32.ini file
    Acknowledge = No
    in [SpIDerGuardNT] section.
    2. drwebupw.exe /ST
    3. I think there is no way.
    4. Manually only. :(

For #3 - putting a file to a quarantine means cleaning. It is removed from its initial folder - and therefore no longer dangerous.

I can't get this to work. Are you sure it's in the right section?

That turns off the update notification balloon pop up that you see after DrWeb updates.
I think AndreyKa misunderstood what you were asking. I'm pretty sure there is no way at the moment to turn off the splash startup screen.

I'm sorry for my careless mistake.
There is one way to run DrWeb scanner without splashscreen:

/SHELL – The key disables the splash screen display, scanning of the memory and autorun files.
The earlier saved lists of paths to files and directories scanned by default are not loaded for scanning. This mode allows to use the GUI-version of the scanner instead of the console version to scan only those objects which are listed in the command line parameters.

How do I set up Dr Web to scan archives; PowerArchiver has the ability to scan archives via a scan button in the gui whenever an archive is open? What command line switches should I use?
