+Anti-MAC Spoofing

hi everyone.There is something wrong with +Anti-MAC Spoofing
rule.I don't know how to config it.help me!!!

In Phant0m``'s rules ,I also have problem with BOOTP/DHCP rules.there are four about BOOTP/DHCP.Please tell me.thank you !ALL

 

This thread addresses what is required for anti MAC spoofing setup. It is very simple.

To set-up anti-mac spoofing,using Phant0m's rule set,go to the rule anti-mac spoofing in internet filtering,then click edit.Now look where is say's Source Ethernet Address,then you will see equals:00:00:00:00:00:00.What you have to do is add your Mac Address,the one in Phant0m's rule-set is just an example of what it should look like,to find your Mac Address fast! Go to the LnS console,hit Stats or driver logs and scroll down until you see your MAC address

Go to Console Message scroll down until you see something like this,it has your Mac address and your IP address.

Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated - 00:9x:2x:x1:ba:xx (my Mac address) - 21.3x.2x3.xxx (My IP)
WAN Miniport (IP) - Look 'n' St - 9x:x7:2x:x2:41:53

(just use your info in the +Anti-MAC Spoofing rule)

(There are many way's to find ones MAC address this is just one way)


And now you would replace what is there with 00:9x:2x:x1:ba:xx to the anti-mac spoofing(Phant0m's rule-set),rule-set and apply,and that's about it is now activated!Also make sure there is a green check on that rule with a stop on it,sorry I use the payware version of Phant0m's ruls-set so all my BOOTP/DHCP rules,DnS severs,etc are found by the rule-set installer when you install Phant0m's rule-set v7.4
