Hi, this is a program that I am looking at, however I don't know if it will do what you want but it certainly will for me. It is called Desktopkeeper, and it took me a lot of research to find it.
    The website is:

I hope that his might help you out. I know that I am going to purchase it.
    Cheers and best regards

    Hello,
    You could password your account.
Then activate screensaver with 1 min delay and ask for password upon resume. You can also set your firewall to block traffic while in the screensaver mode.

I have a problem of being-too-much-in-front-of-the-computer-itis. And having a program to lock it for a x amount of hours will help me to get other things done.
