    I Have Downloaded The New Build Of True Image 9.0.3567 and My Results Are:

    1) Using My Wireless Logitech Mouse With The Rescue CD (Full Version) My Mouse Is Quite Jumpy Or Unstable with this build, Is hard to keep my mouse steady when moving my mouse. Build 2337 and version 8.0.937 Worked much better.

    2) True Image 8.0.937 & 9.0.2337 Could Create A 2 GB Image in about 5 minutes or less, Trie Image 9.0.3567 Creates the same size Image file in about 55 Minutes, Starts off at 1 hour and 24 minutes, so for me I Can not use this version, Will Stick with verion 8.0.937

    not sure if I Will download the next build when is released as All I Use is the rescue CD Option, using dial-up for a 76MB File takes too long just to see if it works or not, not too pleased, would be better if acronis would release a ISO Image on the users account as a seperate download. true image is getting too many bells and whistles ... True Image 7.0 and 8.0 are great products with not too many problems, true image 9.0.2337 was close to being fixed and now this problem, maybe this biuild is for the newer computers that use SATA Drives etc. I Have A EIDE Drive.

    for now I Am not too pleased, I'm glad several other users found the new build Working for them though

    Has Anyone Else had any mouse problems using logitech wireless mouse and Slow performance With The Rescue CD (Full Version) ?

    If you see my post elsewhere, I've mentioned that I have a problem with a Logitech blue tooth mouse.

    As for your #1, are you using the rescue CD to make an image or Windows?

    Re: True Image Corp 9.1.3567 Problems

    I have the same mouse problems (logitech wireless).
    My backup speed went from 15GB in 25 min (v8.0) to 1hr 15min on a external USB using (v9.1.3567).
    There are many other issues with USB drives using the F11 and Boot CD.

    Re: True Image Corp 9.1.3567 Problems

    Hello all,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Please try the following workaround:

    - Boot the computer from Acronis True Image bootable rescue disc (Full version);
    - Hit F11 key when the selection screen appears;
    - After you get the "Linux Kernel Settings" prompt, please add "usbmouse=off" parameter (without quotes) to the end of the Linux kernel command line (so it will be "quiet usbmouse=off");
    - Click OK button.

    If this does not help then please create Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post and submit a request for technical support. Attach the collected information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.

    Hello Acronis,I Tried the Workaround as you explained ( quiet usbmouse=off) no changen except a bit slower meaning while searching for my hard drives, this part was even slower using the workaround, what would normally take me just under 5 minutes with build 9.0.2337 build 9.0.3567 takes me 44 minutes which I Canceled after a few minutes, was dificult cancelling as the page where it is backing up is the worst as my mouse jumps all over the screen, quite dificult controlling it, So I'll keep using true image 8.0.937 as I Deleted my download of true image 9.0.2337 and I Overwrote my cd-rw with the new build (big Mistake) I Could probably get 2337 from my download history on acronios site but i don't want to as when all is fixed I'll need to download the new build all over again, these downloads are getting to large for dial-up customers, acronis needs to publish ISO Rescue CD Downloads on our accounts page for customers That use only the rescue CD As this is a waste of time especially if the program is buggy, not sure if I Will even download the next build as 76mb takes me hours and hours to download, True image 8 will have to do,at least it has no bugs or problems for me.

    To The Acronis Team: PLEASE PUBLISH A ISO VERSION OF THE FULL RESCUE CD ON REGISTERED USERS ACCOUNTS

    Maybe later I'll send the sysinfo.txt as explained

    Hello Jbmoar,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Please note that we have a lot of types of ISO images for Acronis products and it's impossible to publish all of them on the site.

    If you want to get Acronis True Image ISO image, you should submit a request for technical support. Please provide the information to your request and the link to this thread. Please also provide the information confirming your purchase of Acronis software (order number, e-mail, where did you purchase our product, etc.)

    We will do our best in order to help you as soon as possible.

    Thank you.
