It does seem to have gone totally off topic. maybe it can find it's way back if we drop the references to automobiles.

Looks like I'm the culprit that got this thread off it's original topic with my car reference in post #87. :doubt: I didn't mean for this to happen. I was just trying to make a point. So I am willing to take any punishment that is judged appropriate. No beer for 2 weeks, no chocolate chip cookies for a month, or some other harsh punishment. :p

KAV or NOD32 first and take your pick.
    Bit Defender second.

I will volunteer my judicial services. After taking this matter under advisement...I the jury find you Mannaggia
    GUILTY, AS CHARGED!!!

Your punishment is that you must call both Symantec's and Dell's customer service center and ask them each a technical question pretending to be a customer with a complicated problem. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

    OK, OK.

I was going to make you stay on each of the calls until they provided you with correct answers...but I'll reconsider because you do not deserve a life sentence.

Too late. I called both last night using two phones. I am still on hold while the techs search for the answers. ;) :D :D

    Hi Mannaggia,

You may have used the car metaphor for quality first, but RejZoR was the real culprit in post #88 by responding to the car metaphor out-of-context with a joke I presume about what he drives - and from there the car metaphor took off!

You were just using the notion of "good German engineering" expertise to make your point.

Thanks for defending me Tom. That's good enough for an acquittal if you ask me. :D Maybe RejZoR should serve out the rest of my sentence. :D :D Nah, I wouldn't wish that on anyone. :p

I have always used Trend Micro Office Scan + Damage Clean Up Service on my home network, I love it :D Have been using it for over a year now and have not had a single infection/outbreak despite my increasingly dodgy activity online LOL. Naturally, I MAY be a touch bias on this considering I am a Trend Micro Employee :D

That is a good point Howard Kaikow, should the court of damnation consider the punishment inheritable by the heirs of Mannaggia if that be the case? Are we not also assuming that those companies will be around long enough to allow the punishment to be served?

Side note: Let me know when I take this too far.

    Is "damnation" a UN member?
If so, perhaps, we can take the issue to the UN?
