Cannot uninstall TI 2302 on XP-Home SP2

    I download and tried to install the new True Image 3567 today.
    Part way through the process it gave a message that the old version of
    True Image cannot be uninstalled...corrupted.

    I independently tried to remove 2302 (my older version) using ADD/Remove
    Software but also got a message that the installer is corrupt.

    So at the time it appears that neither True Image version will work.

    What should I do?

    To be a little more specific, if I try to uninstall True Image 2302 with
    ADD / Remove Software, the message I get is:

    "The configuration data for this product is corrupt."
    Contact support.

    Please take a look at the previous post in order to uninstall the old build of Acronis True Image 9.0 Home and then install the latest one.
