OK......this little window will come up....

Where I highlighted purple....that's the size of your picture.

Where I highlighted blue.......that's going to be the new size.

You'll click the little circle where I pointedat with the green arrow.

Then click OK...it will shrink down the size of your picture.
This doesn't work real good if there's writting on it....it blurs up the any text.

You can also cut out sections of a picture and also crop pictures with infranview.

See the little teeny white box around your license plate?

First, draw the little square around it.......
Then go to Edit>Cut-Selection...and it makes it black.

You right click on the smilie.......
got to 'properties'-left click

then highlight the address.......

 

Then, copy that address.

THEN! go to the posting screen......and click the little yellow box.....and that box comes up and paste the address there...
then click OK.
