Personally I think opera is fastest of all with nice UI, but I miss the nice themes and extensions of firefox on opera.

Actually, my main browser is Firefox coz it has many extensions to choose from. And now I am trying out the new K-Meleon...:D and found out this is fast and I am on dial-ups. Maybe, this could be becoming my second browser. :thumb:

    Opera first for now.
IE7 looks really nice, so I'll keep my eye on it :)

Firefox is gone for now. Don't like the way it is behaving on my machine. :ninja:

Firefox + extensions .. Priceless really.
You don't have that much control over Opera that you can actually make an extension just like that (yeah yeah I know the ad-filter thingy, never worked here).

USA still the best. But barely.
I agree. FF 1.5 was a big disappointment. Don't even have FF installed. When 2.0 goes final, I'll try it again.

I used to use Maxthon for two years, even experienced da overtaking :) .., but at the end it still uses the same IE engine, with the same flaws/exploits, .. most of the times Maxthon took care off it faster then Microsoft ..

I do not use Maxthon anymore, I have FFX installed (you just gotta love those extensions :D) and Opera ... but there are a lot of times I'm just using plain ol' IE with Admuncher active in systray .. I have a faster response time with IE then with any other browser .. contradictorial? possibly .. I guess it's the WIFI connection at the moment :D I surely hope so ...

    1. MSIE, as default browser for Windows Update, online-banking and to visit a few regular safe websites (Wilders is one of them).
    2. Firefox with AdBlock, NoScript, no java, no cookies for surfing and searching on the net.

I don't need a third browser. I have already one too many. :)

I couldn't answer the poll because it lists IE and not IE6 vs IE7. I seldom used IE for the past four years and detest IE6. However, I love IE7beta2 (March edition). It's buggy but it is going to be a fine browser eventually and so I now consider it my second choice. I would never put IE6 as a second choice though. First choice is Fx but when IE7 goes Gold, it may become first choice.

Greenbrowser mainly -> http://www.morequick.com/indexen.htm , no install version available , has more features than you can shake a stick at , doesnt have alll the plugins that Maxthon has though..but based on the same code.. It's easlily the best tabbed browser I ever used , and sometimes I'll use Opera and IE for testing/hijack purposes.

    First is Firefox :)

Second is Internet Explorer, and that is only for update's.

I could also say that IE is my first, because update's are important and Windows Update isn't possible without IE... ;)

You can try, how fast will your browser open this little test. IE7 B2 opens it, with clean cache, in 6-7 seconds. Last time, when I tested it, Opera was first, IE second and Firefox third.
