See how smart the nod32 are they have improved and upgrade the ThreatSense today the 24 march, because they know that av-comparatives test will soon be tested and they upgrade it so they will have a good chance to win again. This is tricky you see :cautious:

They update AH as required. Probably at least once a month or so, if there is lots of similar oubreaks they even do it more often to detect all sorts of modifications of same crap. And as .... said, IBK uses programs and signatures from specific time in the past (February i guess).

This update of AH will not be used in the upcoming retrospective test. Unfortunately, but on the other hand, every AV must have equal chances...

Already you have posted your No. 1 post here and talking absolute garbage.

    Points to consider:

    1. Upgrading Threat Sense has got nothing to do with AV-Comparitives.

    2. Are you saying other AV companies dont upgrade their Threat Sense. Well
you better think again my friend because I'm sure they do.

    3. What's the purpose of upgrading Threat Sense, to provide the user of the
product with better protection. An updated and up to current AV is a
good one, an outdate one is a bad one simple as that.

    4. To win again, sorry but I didnt know NOD32 won the last AV-Comparitives.
I thought KAV did. Can you pls show me where NOD did actually win the
last AV-Comparitives. I know NOD does win the VB awards almost every
    year.

    5. If you had your own AV company would you do the same, I'm 100% sure
    you would.

    6. Isnt it by law with AV Comparatives that all AV and their threat sense be
updated before tests are done. I dont think AV Comparatives will want to
do tests on outdated AV software.

No it is certainly not his #1 post - look at his typing... We have seen this same guy making lots of noise here in the NOD forum and other AVs forum before.

He ment retrospective tests where NOD32 has always ranked first (except the very 1st retro test where AH was not so efficient yet).

Before a retrospective test, updates for all AVs are actually stopped 3 months before the test takes place, otherwise the test could not be named retrospective.

Yup. I wonder how much energy and time some people invest just to statisfy their hobby - being a fulltime "professional" forum troll or, in other cases, a clown. That's almost comparable with a real job.

Ohhh please there Happy Bytes don't you know anything o_O
This guy is spending much more time than a full-time job on it... He even goes so far as to set up his own forum promoting his favorite AV even though the laddies making that AV have disclaimed him ferventy... Yet he remains here... yapping away and using silly smilies

The fact that Pidhi is rather silent at the moment .. the fact that his info is not accurate .. yep .. and that just "out of the blue" ..
