Does anyone know if TI Enterprise 9.1 will upgrade a TI Enterprise 8.0 or 9.0 using the same PIDKEY? Tried upgrading from TI Enterprise 9.0 to TI Enterprise 9.1 only to get a trial version of TI Enterprise 9.1

    Thanks

I can't see any TrueImage Enterprise 9.1, only Windows Server 9.1 on the Website. Anyway, if you have software assurance or whatever Acronis call it then I assume you should be able to download 9.1 Enterprise Server when it is released although I don't see anything on my updates page as of yet. Perhaps a moderator could confirm this ?

Also is there a release doc with the differences between WIndows Server 8.0 and Server 9.0 TI products?

    Thanks

    Hello nilesf,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

Please be aware that Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server Upgrade upgrades previous versions of Acronis True Image Enterprise Server 8.0 to Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server.

Please note that you should use not only the serial number for Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server Upgrade, but also a serial number for your previous version of Acronis True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server when installing an upgrade.

Please also note that we have not released the 9.0 version of Acronis True Image Enterprise Server. Could you please clarify where you have got this version from?

    Thank you.

yes, we are aware, but where the heck can the upgrade (of the normal standard server version) be downloaded? the acronis.com website only has the *trial* version available!
