Activesync 4.1 Problem...

I just bought a sprint ppc 6700 smartphone with pocket pc and windows mobile 5.0. For some reason , I can't get it to connect to my computer becasue it never finds the damn thing. My laptop, which is not hardened at all, finds it. With that, does anyone know if activesync uses any special services that with all hardening software out there might have disabled? I have secure-it, harden-it, bugoff, windows open door cleaner, computer security tool and safexp. If I can't find the problem, I guess I will have to start a new windows installation, which is my last resort though.

Wow what a reply, but that wasn't really the kind of response I was looking for. I already went there. That was funny pal thinking I was a newbie at looking up troubleshooting stuff. Thanks anyways...
