Hi, anyone proficient in the netveda setup? I am just wanting to know if my setup is correct.
I am running a laptop with wireless access and have this access set up on the Internet adapters side and have nothing highlighted in the Lan side. The firewall is logging activity and the icon says it is configured.

I am not 100% sure I have it configured correcty and would like some reassurance or input from someone proficient.

I have two other entries in the LAN adaptors, but do not have these ticked. One is the dial up connection that I do not currently use.

Sorry for my confusion, other firewalls have been simpler to configure, but I think this is a very good firewall once I get the advice I need. I have read the instructions with netveda but I was none the wiser afterwards !

    Thanks Rollers

    Hi rollers,

Looks like you have netveda setup correctly.

The initial setup seems to be a bit confusing to everyone at first (it was to me), but after that, it's pretty simple really.

    Best of luck...

    Rollers,
Iused Netveda for a few months then I had to uninstall it because I thought it and Prevx weren't playing nice together. When I went to re-install I couldn't get the firewall to stealth after many config tries. Probably was me but you might want to keep checking to make sure the config is correct. Sorry I was not able to help but I couldn't duplicate the original config. If I got it stealth I couldn't reconnect to the internet upon reboot. Again I'm not too firewall savy though. I am very disappointed because I really liked Netveda.
