Over the last two weeks I have used the forum a lot and received a great deal of help from a number of members. Some of whom have gone to great lengths to assist me.

In particular they have produced graphic copies of LnS in their replies to me. These copies have arrows and items circled even commentary added.

The question is how is it done. How do you copy a graphic item to the forum thread and add commentary + arrows & circles etc. is there some special software?

    Any help gratefully received

    Thanks

    Terry

    Hi Terry,

1- First you need to read this vB Code List. Very basic code (HTML language) you can apply in forum...ie: link to image --> set fonts size/color/ etc..

2- You can use "Paint" basic tool come with windows to capture "SS" from your desktop screen and edit (apply effects) the image later. To do this just use keyboard key " Alt+Print Screen " --> Paint --> Paste. Or you can paste the "SS" to any Image Viewer/Editor programs like Irfan View free program or SnagIt very good program i ever used but its not free.

ps- (Mod) i guess this topic should move to software & services, someone might give some good advice ... ;)

    HTH...
