OK.....moving on.....back at Crown Center

watching them make the fudge
It smelled soooooooooooooooooooo good in there!!!!!!!!

OK....They cook the fudge in those big coper pots......then, they let them cool alittle bit {in the pots} then, they make a frame out of those silver metal bars and pour the fudge and let it set there and let it cool down somemore.

This guys testing it to see if the fudge is cool or thick enough to start working with.

Hereeeeee he goes!

He basically keeps walking around the table flipping the fudge back over on itself....he's putting air bubbles in it.

It got really funny cause the fudge was still pretty runny and it would get really close to the edge of the table sometimes.
I think, this guys was showing off a bit for the kids.....cause they were cracking up!!

 

Now......you tell me this guys not showing off!!!

 

Oopssssssss.....hes losing some fudge!!
