Results of rootkit revealer, what do i make of this??

Hi guys, i have made a scan with the rootkit revealer utility and the result is shown below but i don't know what to make of it.
Is there something i should worry about when you see the results?

As there is a lot of information missing from your image it would be much better to post a log on here.
