I completed the Customer Satisfaction Survey at eset.com/support/support.php but I'm not sure whether my submission was received or not. at the end of the survey, I didn't see any text box to input my registered e-mail address so I clicked on the browser's back button and typed my email address into the "Was there anything that we didn't cover" text input area. I resubmitted the survey, so how do I know if my subscription was extended for another 60 days for taking the survey? I need a confirmation from eset, else I'll write to the email address for technical/support and provide my username, password, email address and ip address I used to take the survey. Thanks. I complete the survey honestly!

Exactly the same experience here, i'm promised two months of NOD-32 for free, yet they do not provide a way to let them know who i am. This is NOT what i would expect from ESET

I sent tech support/customer service about with my IP address, User name, Password, and registered e-mail address. At the end of the survey, after clicking on the "DONE" button, I expected a pop-up window or something to enter my identifying information. I'm not sure if it was actually received. Kind of confusing at the end. But, I'm sure eset will honor the 60 days extension for taking the survey! never had any problems whatsoever since I subscribed several months ago!

question 11 is a *LITTLE* confusing... only one response possible and the answer bears little or no relation to the question - a!

I didn't see an answer at all for question 11, just a box to check for answer "a", there was nothing indicating what "a" meant.

P.S. webyourbusiness; I tried to PM you regarding this issue and it said your message box exceeded the limit.

    Hmm

    Question 6 asks:

"Did you purchase NOD32 from ESET directly or from a reseller? "

I don't know. I went to www.eset.com, chose the UK in the box on the left, and it redirected me to www.nod32uk.com.

However this seems to be Aspect Systems, who seem to be a reseller?

I saw nothing stating 2 months would be added on BEFORE beginning the survey . I wonder where you guys saw it . Secondly , in relation to question 11 , why the confusion ? No asterik and no answer available so , DO NOT CHECK IT . Very simple . Instead of getting confused , move on . How can you answer a multiple choice question that contains no answers to choose from ? There ya go

We saw it on the first page of the survey lol.

ESET values its customers and is commited to providing the best software and service in the industry. By completing this survey, you are helping us to reach this goal. Please answer these questions as honestly and as completely as possible.

We appreciate you taking the time to respond. In exchange, you will be given an extra 60 days on your anti-virus subscription. Be sure to enter your registered email address at the end of the survey.

    Congrats Rupert .
Not for me though . Everything you wrote it had on the site was correct for me except " We appreciate you taking the time to respond. In exchange, you will be given an extra 60 days on your anti-virus subscription. Be sure to enter your registered email address at the end of the survey " . Do not know why . Oh well . So , may I laugh at you now ? Maybe it only pops up on certain survey requests . I do not know . All I KNOW as fact is that it did not offer that to me as I READ everything there BEFORE taking it .

I wasn't laughing at you, nor was I implying that you didn't read everything on the screen either.

I can believe that it's not coming up for you, as, like other people in this thread it gave me no option to enter an email address or anything for the 60 days.

I am curious as to what surveymonkey ( or whatever it is ) has to do with Eset and how they can give us 2 more months of Eset . Interestingly , mine gave a place for email and I put my username/password in the last area where you can add anything you wish . Do not know why it gave ME a place to enter email when it NEVER offered 2 months free to start with . Seems screwy to me .
Oh well . I took it and that is that .

If that is the case, i think they probably took down the statement "...extra 60 days" due to the overwhelming response after modifying the survey to include an area to enter in the Username and Password, etc. I guess pple who take the survey now won't get the extra 60 days o_O Luckily I took it in time

    Maybe closed briefly to polish-up?

Some mentioned some somewhat ambiguous queries. I just now did not, so maybe 'fixed'?

Good to know it's still open & Much Thanks for the link!

I'm interested in seeing the results after the survey. I still haven't gotten any notice about the 60 days extension. Maybe eset will be sending an e-mail to all the participants by e-mail, BCC'ed of course!

Well,I took the survey today,twice....well I buy 2 licences so why not?
The survey pages and questions all loaded fine, the only thing I saw that looked odd was Question 4) What version of Eset's Nod32 products are you using at present?......the last on the list being Kerio Firewallo_O

I totally understand your logic, but don't you think submitting two virtually identical surveys will skew the results?

I see that my posting generated quite a response!

    Nah, I did it twice,Blackspear allegedly 12times;) ;)

I have 2 machines,2 licences...I started with NOD @3 years back on 1 machine, now have another new PC and so have seen changes, improvements, new version etc...so my 2 surveys were not identical.

Either way I still think NOD32 is brilliant!
