    Hi ;)

I only use three:AdBlock, Easy Gestures, UserAgentSwitcher.

AllInOneGestures I'd like to use and have in the past, but it seems there's some kind of problem which makes it hard for it to function alongside AdBlock on my system, don't know what's the culprit although...

So I reverted to EasyGestures, which is nice also (but I'd rather have AIOG), 'cause I believe AdBlock to be one of the most interesting extensions of all.

I might install an extension fo Zoom in the near future.

BTW, PasteAndGo I'd like to install also, but again, I experienced some compatibility problems so I had to renounce.

Finally, I'd like to mention, if you would allow me, that these functions (with the notable exception of AdBlock) are all features which have been Default-Enabled in Opera for years.

i just remembered how to do a search just like Advanced Search Button but without an extension.

    Ctrl and F :ninja:

  4. That's so slow.

Go to tools ,options, advanced. Check the box that says 'begin finding when you begin typing'.

Now you can find anything on the page, by just typing the word you are looking for and your cursor will jump to the portion of the page. No need to press clt and F

Another tip, press f3 to look for another instance of the word on the same page.

  5. Weird, I have profiles that use Allinone, Adblock,Pasteandgo, useragentswitcher and a few others with zero problems.

Is Adblock compatible with v 1.01?? Doesn't look like it...
Been getting a sneaky popup ad the last few days, just turns up minimised on the taskbar.

Just removed EggOn. I don't even know why I installed it... :)

I'd like to add one to the list (original suggested by Guest - cluelessnewbie)

Rip (Remove it Permanently) - http://rip.mozdev.org/

I've been playing with it for about a day ... it's a really useful extension, and a good companion to AdBlock. ;)

Thanks - cluelessnewbie ... very nice find! ;)

I've got 40. I'm on FF1.0.1 with Win2000Pro and haven't had the conflicts others have mentioned.

abcTajpu 0.1 [for typing non-ASCII roman letters]
    AdBlock 0.5.2.039
    Add Bookmark Here 0.5.3
    All-in-One Gestures 0.13.4
    - I have Easygestures as well, but use AIOG for scrolling thru the tab history.
    Autocopy 0.5.1
Autohide 0.9.8 [for true full screen]
    Bookmark Backup 0.3.3
    - This has saved my butt a couple times!
    BugMeNot 0.6.1
    ChromEdit 0.1.1.1
Disable Targets for Downloads 0.9 [prevents blank download screens]
    Download Statusbar 0.9.2
    - DISABLED, might uninstall. The pop-up statusbar is annoying.
    EasyGestures 3.0
    - Doesn't do everything AIOG does, but it's fun.
    - If I can figure out how to rip AIOG programs for it (like Undo CloseTab) I'll be really happy.
    - Anyone have any advice?
    FireFTP 0.87
    FlashGot 0.5.7.6
    FoxyTunes 1.1.1
    Gcache 0.2.1
    Gmail Notifier 0.4.2
    Image Zoom 0.1.9.20050126
    - This version works alongside all the mouse gesture stuff.
    Jump Link 1.3.1
    - This would be really handy as an EG option!
    Keyconfig 20050227
    LastTab 1.1
    - It would be nice if only some methods of closing tabs activated this.
    LinkPreview 1.3
    - Not useful; may uninstall soon.
    Linky 2.4.0
    Magpie 3.1.2
    - Didn't need this with full AIOG, but do now that I'm using EG.
    MenuEditor 1.1.20050310
    Minesweeper 0.8
    MiniT 0.5
Moji 7.7b [Japanese word & kanji dictionary]
    - Not working at present, but better support than Babylon when it does.
    Paste and Go 0.4.1
    QuickNote 0.6
Scrollbar anywhere 0.7 [2-D mouse autoscrolling]
Session saver 0.2.1.027 enhanced w buttons [now with Undo CloseTab]
    - If you don't have this, try it! It will save your work in the event of a crash,
    - and is useful if you want to save a session to show someone later.
    Show Image 0.3
    Slim Extension List 0.1
    - You need this with 40 extensions!
    Stop-or-Reload Button 0.1
    Super DragAndGo 0.2.4d1
    SwitchProxy Tool 1.3.1
    TripleSelect 1.5
    User Agent Switcher 0.6.3
    - Never used, but thought it might come in handy someday.
    WebmailCompose 0.6

Seems like a lot, I know, and it slows down new windows, so I force everything I can to open in tabs. But most of these I use regularly; some rarely, but they're really handy when i do need them; and a few rarely because I haven't yet gotten used to having them around (like QuickNote).

I'd like to try MediaPlayerConnectivity, but v 0.2.0 doesn't seem to work on my system. I'll install GetFileSize if it's ever updated for FF1.0.1, and may reinstall View Cookies.

Rip looks interesting - I'll have to try it!

    Three :
AdBlock (never saw a popup ad again)
    ForecastFox (just enough weather info)
    NoScript (sometimes good, sometimes annoying)
I'm still reading (and translating) these extensions and I have other priorities, right now. So anything is possible in the future. :)

I was at 22 when I voted - but I just uninstalled a few and some more will be redundant when I move to Firefox 1.5.

    Adblock
    Advanced Highlighter Button
    BBCode
    Google Preview
    Image Zoom
    Spoofstick
    Chrome Edit
    Reload Every
    Smiley Xtra
    Minimize to Tray
    Pref Buttons
Allow Right Click (can let you get round some page restrictions)
    ScrapBook
    Googlebar
    StumbleUpon Toolbar (see note below)
    Sage
    Cookie Culler
X (for clearing some or all of the options in the Privacy menu from the toolbar)
No Script (this is a great way to see/control individual javascript permissions on sites).

I would have got rid of Stumble Upon - but the first day I tried it, it took me to this site. Some of the postcards may be hard to read and the term Pathos doesn't even begin to cover - so be aware before clicking it contains adult emotions/dreams & fears:-http://postsecret.blogspot.com/

So every now & then I fire it up and travel to a few places I would probably miss out on otherwise.

    Magpie
    Spoofstick
    Adblock
    DownThemAll
    EZNav
    Flashgot
    Adblock Filterset G Updater
    No Script
    RefControl
    Redirect Remover

(I had to bump Magpie max version to work with Firefox 1.5, as it hasn't been updated yet.)

Not specifically the speed, but the stability of the browser that compromise his global behavior... ;)

I only use what I need and see that aren't affect that stability...
    Until now...

Actually I am surprised, out of all the lists here, NoScript only featured 4 times [myself included].

I find NoScript to be very helpful [though as Erik did point out it 'can' be a tad annoying when you quickly want to do something and then have to either 'Allow/Temporarily Allow' the site to run scripts, but a small price to pay IMO.]

Not that this is 'wrong' of course with so few listed, just thought there would be more, that's all. :doubt:

    TAS :)

PS: Firesomething is cool, rename FF to set/or rotating various names, just a bit of eyecandy.
