    Hi all,

I use Proximitron on local port 8080 and it fails to work with the new beta version of LnS. Web sites simply do not load. However, once the proxy information is removed from the browser, the internet functions normally once again.

I did a search to isolate the problem but apparaently LnS does not filter localhost data packets? If this is the case then I should not have a problem with Proximitron. Has anyone else witnessed such behavior with the new beta? Or does anyone know of a workaround to allow the local proxy to work?

    Thanks

I have 2.05p3 working with Proxo with no problems.

Are you sure Proxo has not been blocked from accessing the Internet by LnS (ie. check the Application Filtering tab on the LnS GUI) ?

    Thank you for the reply.

I disabled the application filtering altogether (since i use processguard). Any ideas?

I'm using a custom ruleset which i can post if need be. The issue happens with firefox and internet explorer. I can browse the net once i remove the proxy information from each browser.

Here are some captured packets, from port explorer, when I try to browse the net with internet explorer (this has the proxy information). It does not show any failed packets and yet i cannot view any web pages.
