Maybe... this is the proper section for my question. I am just curious if some of you there also felt tired and mentally fatigued after several hours of being infront using the pc. Coz me, I really felt tired and would want to dive into my bed and sleep like a log just to recover my energy...

How about you? :doubt: Do you also felt the same?

not really tired, but if I'm on it for a long time and I turn out the lights and go to bed I see flashes of lights in my eyes for awhile,it's really a weird sensation

Thanks alot guys. BB was wondering how she was going to do print screen/screen shots after the digital camera got broke in the accident. It's not really a bad idea, but I'm not going to be the one to move the monitor all the time.

    Well Rita,

All the other previous explanations are far off the mark. Those flashes either means that the cops are still looking for you after that tattletale Nat outed you in the 'Sunday News' or that I forgot to put on my pants before ditching the outhouse. In case it's the latter....my profound apology!!

Yes, I frequently feel that way if I spend several hours on the computer without a break. When I go to bed, all I dream about are computer images. Maybe I need to get a life away from the computer. :p

I did, until I changed the type and amount of light in the room.
Don't use tube light (or the energy-saving bulbs)
Make sure it is indirect and there are no reflections on the screen.
