    :cool: I just want to let everyone that Acronis was very help with a problem I had. I purchased true image with the intent on using on a BartPE boot disk which allows you to boot a computer off a CD and run basic apps often used for troubleshooting Virus and Trojan problems. It took only 2 emails on my part to get a resolution. The people I dealt with were both friend and polite. They made what could have been a long drawn out process painless and pleasant. I am giving Acronis Customer Server a 5 star rating.
